First impressions are everything! As a Front Office Supervisor, you will ensure guests have a memorable experience from arrival through departure by delivering exceptional service and maintaining operational excellence.
What you will be doing:
- Greet guests, manage check-ins, respond to requests, and settle accounts while providing friendly and engaging service.
- Supervise day-to-day front office operations, ensuring service standards are consistently met and maintained.
- Address guest concerns promptly, track issues, and notify appropriate departments to resolve problems efficiently.
- Assist the Front Office Manager with staffing records, scheduling, and staff training initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Your experience and skills include:
- Service-focused personality with a genuine commitment to hospitality; proven customer service experience is required
- Proficiency with Opera property management system or related hotel management software
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
- Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience in a hospitality or customer-facing environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple front office operations simultaneously
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic for effective guest and staff interaction
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, guest service protocols, and front office best practices
