Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AC Technician to join our team in Kuwait. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various air conditioning systems in residential and commercial environments, ensuring efficient and reliable cooling performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair Split AC, Window AC, Package Units, and Central AC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Handle refrigerant gas charging, leak detection, and compressor servicing
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Supervise and guide junior technicians
• Maintain service reports and documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an AC Technician
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and air conditioning technologies
• Experience in handling central cooling systems and large installations
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Knowledge of safety standards and refrigerant handling
• Leadership and team management skills
• GCC experience preferred (not mandatory)
