Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of mini EPC / brownfield projects.
  • Coordinate engineering deliverables, TQs, method statements, and ITPs.
  • Manage procurement, vendor followup, and subcontractor performance.
  • Supervise site activities, ensure HSE compliance, and resolve technical issues.
  • Track progress, budget, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Handle client meetings, variations, and contractual correspondence.
  • Oversee QA/QC, inspections, and project closeout documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 8 15 years EPC experience; minimum 5 years in project management.
  • Strong exposure to brownfield, shutdown, tiein, and revamp works.
  • Knowledge of Oil & Gas standards (KOC/KNPC/KIPIC/ADNOC/ARAMCO).
  • Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and project reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clienthandling skills.
