Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead restorative practices and oversee the ATS program
- Monitor behavior, attendance, and at-risk students
- Collaborate with counselors and principals on support plans
- Support school-wide expectations and student transitions
- Act as liaison across divisions to align behavioral and academic support
- Build strong student relationships and promote a positive school culture
Additional Duties: Participate in school activities, committees, and student supervision as needed
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree (Master s preferred)
- 1 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with behavioral data and restorative practices (or willingness to train)
- Strong collaboration, communication, and student-centered approach
