A leading automotive company is hiring a Brand Manager to lead the launch and development of a Chinese luxury automotive brand in Kuwait. ? Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall brand strategy in line with company objectives.
- Lead the successful launch of the new automotive brand in Kuwait.
- Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure ROI.
- Enhance customer experience and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead brand strategy & market positioning
• Manage marketing campaigns & brand performance
• Work closely with the manufacturer and sales teams
• Drive growth, awareness, and customer engagemen
Skills
Key Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience in automotive dealerships
• Minimum 3 years as a Brand Manager
• Strong background in brand strategy, marketing & market analysis
• Experience in launching automotive brands is a strong plus
