Maintains efficient/effective customer service using the CS and Selling
Process at all times
- Maximizes sales opportunities in the process of closing a sale during customer
encounters
Skills
- Performs the following functions to drive more sales:
- Attends and assists customers in the selection and choice of merchandise
- Presents features, functions, purposes, benefits, uses, brand and quality of the
products
- Ensures to push suggestive selling techniques by offering other product
alternatives
- Replenishes items on display and ensures availability of items in the selling
area
- Merchandises and arranges display of items
- Monitors movement of items and informs the store/showroom management
team of the fast- and slow-moving items as basis for future replenishment
activities
- Updates the Line Manager of inter-store/showroom transfers to ensure
quality/adequate quantity of merchandise and timely delivery of items
- Ensures that all items in the selling area are properly displayed and
merchandised, with correct prices, with labels and security tags
- Promotes and supports store/showroom campaigns, brand marketing
strategies, activities, promotions and loyalty programs
- Helps implement health, safety and security control and practices in the
workplace - e.g., merchandise loss, damage, pilferage, theft, fire prevention,
etc.
- Assists in periodical/yearly store/showroom inventory/stock-taking
- Deals with customer queries and routine product questions utilizing
store/showroom and product knowledge
