Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring skilled Bakers and Assistant Bakers for reputed bakeries and food production units in Dubai and Qatar. The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake items such as bread, cakes, pastries, buns, and desserts
- Assist in dough preparation, mixing, proofing, and baking processes
- Follow standard recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Decorate cakes and pastries (for Baker role)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area
- Operate baking equipment like ovens, mixers, and proffers
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and raw materials
- Ensure proper storage of bakery products and ingredients
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Minimum qualification:
10th Pass / Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery (preferred)
- Experience: Baker:Freshers and experience both are eligible for apply
- Basic to advanced
knowledge of baking techniques
- Experience in bakery or pastry production
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Creativity in presentation (for experienced bakers)
- Gulf experience preferred (not mandatory)
