As the Head of Admissions & Marketing, you are the primary guide for families joining our journey. You will balance high-level brand strategy with the essential, day-to-day administration that keeps our school thriving.
- Relationship Management: Be the warm, first point of contact for prospective families and staff, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
- The "Engine Room": Manage the full admissions lifecycle, from initial inquiry to enrollment. This involves heavy use of our database (iSAMS and transitioning to Odoo), ensuring data compliance, and navigating Kuwait s regulatory landscape.
- Brand Storytelling: Lead our digital presence, manage our brand consistency, and design marketing materials that capture the "heart" of TES.
- Strategic Growth: Use data to forecast trends, manage budgets, and develop creative outreach initiatives to attract and retain our vibrant student body.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Relationship Builder: You genuinely enjoy meeting new people and can communicate with warmth and clarity (fluency in English is a must; Arabic is a plus).
- An Organised Professional: You don t shy away from administrative tasks; you master them. You have a Bachelor s Degree and at least three to five years of experience in administration or marketing.
- A Problem Solver: You use your initiative to improve systems and aren't afraid to try new ways of reaching our community.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with Google Suite and ready to dive deep into admissions databases.
