Job Summary:
We are seeking to hire an experienced Travel & Reservations Specialist based in Kuwait, with a minimum of 7 8 years of proven experience in hotel bookings and airline ticketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel reservations and flight ticket bookings efficiently
- Handle day-to-day travel operations and client requests
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of bookings
- Ability to handle clients professionally under pressure
Desired Candidate Profile
7 8 years of experience in travel agencies or travel management companies
- Strong expertise in hotel reservations and airline ticketing
- Good knowledge of booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Currently residing in Kuwait
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred
