Role Summary
Hands-on technical leader responsible for end-to-end development of juice and dairy products. Drives formulation, pilot trials, and full-scale commercialisation while ensuring product stability, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and manufacturability.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must-Have Requirements
- 8 12 years of FMCG product development experience in dairy and beverages
- Proven hands-on expertise in formulation (juice and dairy)
- Strong understanding of ingredient functionality and interactions (proteins, fats, stabilisers, emulsifiers, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in pilot trials, factory scale-up, and commercialisation
- Solid knowledge of shelf-life, stability, and processing impacts
- Ability to translate consumer/market needs into scalable technical solutions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or equivalent
Nice-to-Have
- Master's degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related field
- Experience with GCC regulatory standards (GSO) and international compliance
- Exposure to value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
- Experience introducing new ingredients, technologies, or processing methods
- Knowledge of structured experimentation (DOE) and data-driven development
- Leadership experience managing and developing technical teams
