• Lead and manage the EYFS department, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning
• Oversee curriculum planning in line with UK EYFS standards
• Support, mentor, and develop teaching staff
• Monitor student progress and ensure high-quality learning outcomes
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for young learners

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of EYFS to join a well-established international school offering education from KG through to Secondary level. The school delivers a broad and engaging curriculum, with strong emphasis on holistic development and high-quality teaching and learning.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a passionate early years educator to lead and develop the EYFS department, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, and child development.

Requirements:

• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge and experience of the UK EYFS curriculum
• Master s degree in Education or NPQH (preferred)
• Proven leadership experience in Early Years settings
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
