Proven experience in software development, with at least 15 years in a leadership or management role.
Proficiency in programming languages and development frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, etc.).
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience with Agile or other iterative development methodologies is a plus.
