  •  Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
  • Certifications in Food Safety (e.g., HACCP or local health authority permits)
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in upscale restaurants within the GCC
  • At least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing floor operations
  • Proven track record in team management, customer service, and daily operations
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control systems
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)
