Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager based in Kuwait to promote Dubai as a travel destination to Kuwaiti B2B travel agencies and trade partners. This role is ideal for a confident communicator with a passion for destination marketing, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to build strong professional relationships within the travel industry.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·        Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Dubai as a preferred leisure and business travel destination in Kuwait.

·        Maintain and grow partnerships with travel agencies and tour operators.

·        Represent Dubai at trade shows, travel fairs, roadshows, and workshops across Kuwait and the region, if required.

·        Deliver engaging presentations and product trainings to travel trade partners.

·        Identify new market opportunities and provide insights into travel trends.

·        Collaborate with the Dubai-based marketing and sales teams to align regional initiatives.

·        Travel within GCC as required for events, meetings, and familiarization trips.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in travel trade, tourism, or destination marketing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; Arabic and English fluency preferred.
  • Presentable, confident, and skilled in relationship management.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.
