Overview of the role:
The Sales Assistant is responsible for sales generation and delivering a positive customer experience, andfor a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team.
What you will do:
Store Safety
Creates a sparkling, clean, and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
Excellent Customer Service
Creates a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude and adhering to thedress code
Greets customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and a sincere non-business-likegreeting
Provides customers with current, relevant information about the product.
Sincerely thank all customers for shopping as they exit the store and invite them back.
Quality
Provide quality service in the fitting rooms, follow up with customers promptly, maintain cash wrapcleanliness, and attempt to add on to the sale
.
Administrative
Provides efficient service at the cash wrap, offers gift cards, maintains cash wrap cleanliness, andcaptures customer information in the database.
Required Skills to be successful
Extensive experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations and working in the retail/ brand managementindustry specifically in Fashion.
Sound in-depth knowledge of the market, brand positioning and trends.
An understanding of the current economic situation impacts of potential threats and competitors.

Minimum Qualification and Knowledge:
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 2 years of Retail Sales experience.
