Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on Customer Experience Solutions (Omni Chanel Contact Centre Platforms, Helpdesk Solutions, AI Voice & Chat Bot Solutions , Survey Solutions, Customer & Employee Experience Solutions). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.

Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable deals for both the company and the client.

Account Management: Manage existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and seeking opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales managers to develop effective sales strategies, set targets, and achieve revenue goals.

Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, track progress against targets, and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.


Skills

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of CX solutions from OEM brands (Like Exotel , Genesys , Cisco , Avaya ,Madellia, Qualtrics, Xebo etc..)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer focus and ability to understand client needs.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

Strong business acumen and problem-solving attitude.

Resilience and persistence in achieving sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the Customer Experience Solutions industry.

Knowledge of the ME market and business landscape.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Should have 3-5 years experience in CX or Application sales etc.
