Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant – AI Solutions to identify, engage, and convert clients interested in leveraging artificial intelligence to improve business performance. This role requires a strong consultative sales approach, the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business value, and experience selling technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and qualify potential clients across target industries.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Develop and execute account strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and C-level executives.
Consultative Selling
- Understand client business challenges and map them to AI-driven solutions.
- Present AI use cases, demos, and solution proposals in a clear, value-focused manner.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design customized AI solutions.
- Translate technical capabilities into ROI-driven business outcomes.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay up to date on AI trends, machine learning, automation, and data analytics.
- Maintain deep knowledge of company AI offerings, pricing, and implementation models.
- Provide feedback from customers to product and leadership teams.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with pre-sales, engineering, and delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools.
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
Skills
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, technology consulting, or enterprise solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple, business-oriented terms.
- Experience selling SaaS, AI, data, cloud, or digital transformation solutions is a strong plus.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience selling AI solutions such as:
- Chatbots & conversational AI
- Predictive analytics
- Process automation (RPA + AI)
- Computer vision or NLP solutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Understanding of AI implementation lifecycle and data requirements.
- Experience working with startups or fast-growing technology companies.
