A leading automotive franchisee in Kuwait is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the operations of one of its core division’s.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Leadership & Strategy
• Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with corporate leadership objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities, competitive trends, and customer insights to drive sustainable growth.
• Lead pricing strategy, product planning, and portfolio development.
2. Marketing & Brand Development
• Drive all marketing strategies, campaigns, and communications to strengthen brand positioning in Kuwait.
• Collaborate with regional offices on product launches, brand activation, and adherence to corporate identity standards.
• Enhance digital presence, lead generation, CRM utilization, and customer journey initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in the automotive industry, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record in automotive brand management, distributor operations, or OEM experience.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License required.
