Required Education : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management. Required Experience : 3–5 years of experience in estimation for building, infrastructure, or MEP projects. Proven experience in preparing BOQs, tender proposals, and cost analysis. Experience in construction drawings interpretation and site coordination is an advantage. Key Skills & Competencies : • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost structures. • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Planswift, CostX). • Ability to prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and tender documents. • Good understanding of project specifications, contracts, and local construction standards. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and coordination skills with engineers, contractors, and clients. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
