We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in achieving sales targets, growing our customer base, and strengthening client relationships through consultative selling and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify business opportunities by evaluating customer’s needs
• Actively seek out sales opportunities by contacting customers through phones, emails, or social media
• Schedule a meeting with the potential customer to understand their needs and requirements
• Maintain relationships with clients by answering customer’s questions, inquiries, and complaints
• Represent the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate and close deals to meet the monthly sales target
• Gather feedback from the client and share it with the product team for improvement
• Continuously enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise through training programs and self-study.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–4 years of proven B2B/B2C sales experience, preferably within the region.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity, and adapt strategies accordingly
• Resilient under pressure, able to handle objections and consistently pursue targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Kuwait driving license.
