We are seeking an experienced Lead Planning Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) team specializing in substation and overhead transmission projects. Based in Kuwait, you will play a pivotal role in project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality electrical infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules for substation and overhead transmission projects. - Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment of project timelines and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. - Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in project schedules and propose mitigation strategies. - Lead and mentor planning team members to enhance overall team performance and capability. - Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies throughout project execution. - Utilize planning software tools effectively for accurate forecasting and reporting. - Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to synchronize project activities and deliveries.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in planning and scheduling within EPC projects, specifically in substation and overhead transmission sectors. - Proven track record in leading planning teams and managing complex project schedules from initiation to completion. - Strong proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of industry standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to electrical infrastructure projects. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Valid membership with KSE is mandatory
