• Lead, mentor, and develop the Visual Merchandising team (regional and in-store VM managers).
• Direct visual merchandising planning for new store openings and refurbishments.
• Ensure new concepts reflect the Group’s evolving brand identity.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for props, fixtures, and materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years progressive experience in retail visual merchandising
• Exp in C Level with minimum 4 years in a director-level role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial visual success.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar).
