Job Description:

  1. Provide comprehensive level of assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  2. Provide high level of administrative and clerical support to the department.
  3. Undertakes special projects to meet the objectives of the department.
  4. Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-up on issues in a timely manner.
  5. Perform data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in the accounting system.
  6. Process invoices, payments and expenses reports.
  7. Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers and journals.
  8. Assist in performing bank reconciliation and updating daily cash flow records.
  9. Support month-end and year-end closing activities as directed by Manager - Accounting.
  10. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
  11. Assist in ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and reports as required.
  12. Maintain organized filing systems for financial records and documents
  13. Follows AMAS rules and regulations.
  14. Undertake other duties as required by the Manager - Accounting


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
