About the Role
Responsible for maintaining BSS platforms to ensure their high availability, reliability, and performance. This role requires a proactive approach to system monitoring and issue resolution, as well as collaboration with various departments to support and enhance BSS applications.
Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain BSS platforms to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
Implement and manage system upgrades, patches, and configurations.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Work with developers and business analysts to design and implement integration solutions.
Participate in the development and testing of new features and enhancements.
Ensure that all integrations and developments comply with company standards and best practices.
Lead and participate in BSS-related projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on BSS applications and new functionalities.
Develop user manuals, training materials, and FAQs to assist users.
Provide ongoing support to ensure users are effectively utilizing the BSS platforms.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the BSS platforms.
Develop and generate reports to provide insights into system performance and business operations.
Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Education Level/Major:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
