Job description
Seeking a proactive and results-driven Expansion & Sales Executive to support B2B sales growth and café expansion across Kuwait. The role combines client acquisition, account management, site evaluation, and project coordination to drive revenue and support new store openings.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Sales & Distribution:
- Identify, approach, and acquire clients (gyms, supermarkets, cafés, convenience stores) and expand wholesale channels.
- Revenue Growth:
- Promote and sell the full product range (FMCG, baked goods, ready-to-eat), supporting upselling and product optimization.
- Account Management:
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensure smooth operations, and monitor performance.
- Site Selection & Evaluation:
- Identify and assess new café locations based on footfall, demographics, and brand fit.
- Project Coordination:
- Support café fit outs by coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Licensing & Compliance:
- Assist with documentation and coordination for permits and approvals.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with operations, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
- Reporting & Insights:
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and project progress; provide market feedback.
