Employment Full Time
  • Daily inventory management and cost control of all food items
  • Monitor waste and optimize food usage
  • Prepare weekly reports on food cost and profitability
  • Record daily expenses and revenues
  • Assist in basic accounting tasks
  • Support management with cost analysis and supplier coordination


Skills

  • Experience in restaurants, catering, or hotels preferred
  • Basic accounting knowledge (Excel, bookkeeping)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
