Department: Project Management Quality & Control
Job Summary: Responsible for managing the successful delivery of the company's projects, ensuring that project milestones are met and innovative solutions are designed and executed by working closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, while guiding the department to remain aligned, motivated, and focused on achieving project objectives efficiently and effectively
Key Responsibilities:
Policies & Procedures
Implement Project Management department policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with the company's organizational policies.
Project Management Activities
Develop, execute, monitor, and control comprehensive project plans.
Manage project budgets, schedules, programs, and team assignments.
Administer design contracts and secure required permits and approvals from authorities.
Coordinate all administrative and technical project activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve design and project-related issues.
Prepare and oversee reports, presentations, and project submittals at all phases.
Organize and document meetings, including preparation of minutes.
Manage communication among all project stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all project communications.
Monitor adherence to project scope, deliverables, and client requirements.
Span of Communication
Internal: Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business Development, Engineering Departments
External: Clients, International Consultants, and Statutory Authorities
Skills
Candidate Profile:
Requirement open for all Nationals
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering) or Architecture
Required KSE Membership
Relevant experience (typically 8+ years) in project management
Proficient in English , Arabic language would be an advantage
Competency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), project management software (e.g., MS Project)
Knowledge of local design codes and standards (e.g., KFF, MEW, KM)
