Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a dynamic investment company. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to executives, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, and key administrative functions while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and minutes
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support in project coordination and follow-ups on key initiatives
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and documentation
  • Assist in event planning and executive-level meetings

Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within investment, finance, or corporate environments
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
