- Shoot high-quality photos and videos of tenants, events, activations, and campaigns.
- Create engaging Reels, TikToks, and stories aligned with brand guidelines.
- Edit and produce content in a timely manner using mobile and/or professional editing tools.
- Capture live content during activations, events, and special campaigns.
- Ensure consistent visual identity and tone across all platforms.
Social Media Management
- Manage daily posting across Instagram and TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and schedule content in coordination with the Marketing team.
- Write engaging captions aligned with brand's tone of voice.
- Monitor comments and DMs, escalating inquiries when required.
- Track social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Event Coverage and Collaboration
- Deliver real-time or same-day content for live updates and social media posting.
- Create recap videos and highlight reels post-events.
- Support special projects with daily content coverage.
Reporting & Optimization
- Track engagement, reach, and content performance.
- Prepare monthly social media reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and viral formats to keep the account relevant and competitive.
Skills
- Strong photography and videography skills (mobile + camera).
- Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, Canva, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content trends.
- Basic understanding of analytics and content performance tracking.
