Job Summary:
Responsible for denting, body repair, and painting of vehicles and equipment to maintain them in good condition as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform denting, panel beating, and body alignment repairs.
- Repair damaged panels, straighten frames, and restore vehicle structure.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and removing rust, grease, and old paint.
- Fill dents and scratches using body fillers and smooth surfaces for painting.
- Mix and match paint colors as per specifications or original vehicle color.
- Apply primers, base coats, and finishing coats using spray equipment.
- Operate and adjust spray guns for proper paint flow and coating thickness.
- Inspect painted surfaces and correct defects such as uneven coating or bubbles.
- Carry out polishing and finishing to achieve high-quality output.
- Remove and refit parts (mirrors, trims, etc.) during repair and painting.
- Apply rust-proofing and protective coatings where required.
- Assist in preparing vehicles for MOI inspection.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in safe and clean condition.
- Dispose of hazardous materials as per safety regulations.
- Maintain daily work records and complete inspection checklists.
- Follow HSE and safety procedures at all times.
- Support team members and perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills
Requirements:
- Diploma or relevant certification.
- 3–5 years of experience in denting and painting.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and paint systems.
- Ability to match colors and deliver quality finishing.
- Basic English/Arabic preferred.
- Willing to work flexible hours if required.
