•Supervise the day-to-day operations of employees’ accommodation/camp.

•Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of rooms, common areas, and facilities.

•Allocate rooms to employees and maintain updated occupancy records.

•Coordinate with maintenance teams for repair works, utilities, and facility upkeep.

•Arranging / Carry out plumbing and electrical repair works in the camp buildings as and when required.

•Monitor housekeeping, security, and catering services within the camp.

•Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local authority requirements.

•Address employees’ accommodation-related complaints and resolve issues promptly.

•Maintain discipline and ensure proper use of camp facilities.

•Arrange water supply, waste disposal, and other essential services.

•Prepare periodic reports on camp occupancy, maintenance, and requirements.
