Role Summary:



Ajar is hiring an Enterprise Sales Executive to win new landlord and property-manager accounts, with a strong focus on larger portfolios and higher-value customers. This role owns qualified pipeline creation, sales execution, commercial negotiation, and new MRR from signed accounts.


Core Responsibilities:



- Own new-business sales for Ajar’s rent-collection platform across Kuwait.



- Target landlords, property managers, family offices, and portfolio owners, especially larger accounts with meaningful unit counts.



- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, channel relationships, and follow-up on qualified inbound leads.



- Run consultative discovery to understand each prospect’s collections process, pain points, portfolio size, and decision criteria.



- Demonstrate Ajar clearly and commercially, with emphasis on collections efficiency, payment adoption, operational visibility, and business value.



- Lead pricing and commercial discussions within approved pricing policy.



- Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and closing plans that move opportunities toward signed deals.



- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, pipeline stages, next steps, and forecasting.



- Coordinate with onboarding and customer teams to ensure clean handoff after closing.



- Share market feedback, objections, pricing pressure, and product gaps with leadership.



- Prioritize higher-quality MRR over low-value logos.


Success Metrics



- Net new MRR closed per month and quarter.



- Qualified pipeline coverage against target.



- Average deal size.



- Win rate on qualified opportunities.



- Sales-cycle speed.



- Share of closed MRR coming from target customer segments.



- Forecast accuracy and CRM hygiene.


Candidate Profile



- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or consultative selling.



- Track record of closing meaningful recurring-revenue deals.



- Strong commercial judgment and negotiation ability.



- Comfortable selling to owners, operators, and decision-makers, not only end users.



- Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.



- High personal accountability for quota and pipeline quality.



- Able to prospect actively and independently, not only handle inbound leads.



- Experience in SaaS, fintech, proptech, payments, leasing, or operational software is preferred.



- Familiarity with Kuwait real estate owners and property-management workflows is a strong plus.



- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot is preferred.



- Excellent verbal communication, fluent in Arabic & English.



- Valid driving license with a clean record.
