Role Summary



Ajar is hiring a Growth Marketing Officer to support commercial growth through qualified pipeline generation, lifecycle marketing, CRM execution, and sales enablement. This role is responsible for measurable commercial outcomes, not broad brand activity.


Core Responsibilities



- Plan and execute growth marketing initiatives that generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.



- Manage lead-generation campaigns across digital channels, email, partnerships, and outbound-support programs.



- Own CRM-driven lifecycle campaigns for prospect nurturing, customer reactivation, and upsell support.



- Work closely with sales to improve lead quality, campaign targeting, and conversion from inquiry to opportunity.



- Build campaign reporting that ties activity to qualified pipeline, opportunities, and closed MRR.



- Support commercial teams with sales materials, case studies, presentations, and targeted campaign assets.



- Improve website, landing pages, and key conversion flows with a focus on response and lead quality.



- Run market and competitor research to sharpen messaging and identify better customer segments.



- Maintain clean campaign records, asset libraries, and reporting dashboards.



- Use modern digital and AI-enabled tools to improve content velocity, targeting, testing, and campaign performance.


Success Metrics



- Qualified opportunities created.



- Contribution to pipeline and closed-won MRR.



- Cost per qualified opportunity.



- Conversion rate from lead to qualified opportunity.



- Reactivation and lifecycle campaign performance.



- Sales enablement usefulness as measured by adoption and conversion support.


Candidate Profile



- 2-5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or performance-oriented B2B marketing.



- Strong understanding of lead generation, funnel metrics, and campaign optimization.



- Experience working closely with sales teams and CRM workflows.



- Able to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes.



- Strong written communication in English and Arabic.



- Experience with email tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, paid channels, and landing-page workflows.



- Experience in SaaS, proptech, fintech, or B2B software is preferred.



- Comfortable working in a lean team where speed and pragmatism matter more than large-brand process.



- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI agents into day-to-day operations, driving measurable gains in efficiency and output quality.
