Position Summary:
PharmaLink, a Kuwait-based pharmaceutical company, is seeking a qualified and experienced Regulatory Affairs & Franchise Development Manager to support the company’s strategic expansion.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing pharmaceutical franchise/agency partnerships, managing regulatory affairs related to the Kuwait market, and overseeing export coordination and regulatory compliance with international partners.
This is a remote position. The company headquarters are located in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, evaluate, and approach pharmaceutical manufacturers for potential franchise and agency agreements.
• Lead and coordinate franchise acquisition efforts aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Prepare, submit, and manage regulatory documentation in accordance with Kuwait Ministry of Health (MOH) requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with Kuwait pharmaceutical regulations, import/export laws, and applicable international standards.
• Coordinate export documentation and communication with international suppliers and manufacturers.
• Serve as the primary liaison between PharmaLink, regulatory authorities, and external partners.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure continuous compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation and organized regulatory records.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs and/or pharmaceutical business development.
• Experience with GCC regulatory frameworks, particularly Kuwait MOH regulations, is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently in a remote structure.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
