About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Director of Sales to join Jumeirah Messilah Beach. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value sales opportunities while guiding and enabling the team to meet customer and partner needs.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies, tactics, and prospecting activities to achieve property targets and Strategy 340.
- Lead major negotiations, support team deal closures, and drive entrepreneurial selling while delivering the Jumeirah brand message.
- Monitor team performance, maximize use of data and cost-of-sale insights, and ensure informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, influencers, and internal stakeholders across departments and regions.
- Ensure sales systems, processes, policies, and annual contracting frameworks enable effective selling and create value for customers and partners.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 10 years in Sales & Marketing director role within hospitality & hotel management.
- Bachelor’s Degree In Business, Sales & Marketing, or any other relevant field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Solid understanding of Kuwait’s Market.
