In this Admin Intern - HR position

• Administer defined Engagement and Diversity plans and initiatives
• Apply prescribed process to roll out the annual Employee Opinion Survey and implement related projects and initiatives as per defined plans
• Perform activities as per the defined recognition programs and motivational initiatives such as scheduling of appreciation weeks
• Prioritize and coordinate activities as per the defined recognition programs and motivational initiatives such as scheduling of appreciation weeks
• Address recurring issues related to employee engagement and motivation
• Support coordination in consolidating and maintaining required data, files and reports for Engagement and Diversity initiatives
• Support in admin tasks as assigned
