Job Title: Sales Manager – Digital Transformation & Enterprise Software

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive enterprise and government sales for digital transformation and enterprise software solutions, including ECM, workflow automation, and document management platforms. The role involves managing the complete sales lifecycle, building strong pipelines, and closing high-value opportunities across regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise and government sales for ECM, digital transformation, and automation solutions
- Build and manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets
- Lead RFPs, proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Engage CXOs, CIOs, IT Heads, and key stakeholders across large organizations
- Develop strategic accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with presales, delivery, and partner teams to ensure successful deal closure
Skills
Key Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in ECM / enterprise content / workflow / digital transformation solutions
- Minimum 5 years in enterprise software solution sales
- Strong exposure to Kuwait / GCC markets and enterprise clients
- Proven experience handling long sales cycles and high-value deals
- Experience working with regulated sectors such as government, BFSI, energy, or large enterprises
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills
