As a Sales associate, you will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to the sales and group personal training teams in our facilities. This position must have a solid understanding of sales and operational excellence. As the lead for the sales function, the studio manager must execute a lead generation / marketing strategies plan to increase fitness program sales as well as promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation:
- Actively promote and sell memberships and class packages.
- Generate and follow up on new leads through various channels.
- Conduct studio tours to convert prospects into members.
Customer Engagement and Member Retention:
- Greet and engage with members and prospects in a welcoming manner.
- Provide personalized recommendations and assist with class bookings.
- Build strong relationships with members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Skills
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential and current members.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office to manage sales processes and track performance.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
