Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary Level 1 Support for the new ERP system, managing user access, permissions, and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with departments’ heads to manage "Essential Workflows" across HR, Finance, and Procurement.
- Assist in data migration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Design and maintain approval workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to replace manual paperwork.
- Manage SharePoint document libraries to ensure secure, organized access to lease and tenant data, preventing "data sprawl."
- Manage the dedicated Office 365 Tenant, ensuring correct configuration of Exchange, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Oversee the Firewall and internet connectivity, ensuring "cloud-native" stability for our transaction systems.
- Maintain the specific IT independence required for our "Agility" and "Privacy" pillars.
- Provide high-touch technical support for, ensuring zero downtime for departments.
- Manage IT assets and enforce security policies.
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) to secure company laptops and mobiles, ensuring data remains.
- Manage Backup & Disaster Recovery (BDR) protocols for SharePoint and ERP data.
Skills
Essential Skills (Must Have):
- ERP Awareness: Understanding of how ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, HR) interact. Proper understanding of business logic.
- Microsoft Power Platform: Proven ability to create flows in Power Automate.
- Office 365 Administration: Experience managing users, licenses, and security policies in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Vendor Management: Ability to speak technical language with vendors (ISPs, ERP providers) to hold them accountable.
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune): Experience enrolling devices and deploying security policies remotely.
- Proficient in network configuration and management, ensuring seamless connectivity across all systems.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, particularly Windows and Linux, to effectively manage and troubleshoot server environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, allowing for quick identification and resolution of technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, essential for providing support and collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

- Firewall Basics: Familiarity with interfaces (Policy management, Web Filtering).
- COBIT/ITIL Foundation: Understanding of IT governance and risk frameworks.
