We are currently seeking experienced Remote Talent Acquisition Specialists to support our clients across the Middle East. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and ambitious team while working fully remotely.
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote) Location: Remote – MENA Region
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Actively source candidates using Linked In Recruiter (mandatory) and other relevant channels. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout. Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates’ fit for both the role and company culture. Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring satisfaction on both sides. Ensure timely, transparent, and effective communication with candidates throughout all recruitment stages. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and advise on optimal hiring solutions. Continuously optimize recruitment processes to enhance quality and overall candidate experience. Provide constructive and transparent feedback to candidates and clients. Support onboarding efforts to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the Middle East. Experience within a recruitment firm is strongly preferred. Proven experience sourcing candidates via Linked In Recruiter (mandatory). Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Results-driven, well-organized, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on candidate experience. Strong ability to handle high-volume recruitment without compromising quality. Fluency in English is required. Arabic and French are a strong plus.
