Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Staff Administrator to support daily office operations and staff coordination. This role plays a key part in keeping administrative processes running smoothly and supporting management and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office support tasks
- Maintain employee records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate staff attendance, leave records, and basic HR support
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone communications
- Prepare reports, letters, and internal documents as required
- Support onboarding of new staff and assist with orientation
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office logistics
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external contacts
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic office systems
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
