Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Staff Administrator to support daily office operations and staff coordination. This role plays a key part in keeping administrative processes running smoothly and supporting management and team members.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and office support tasks
  • Maintain employee records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate staff attendance, leave records, and basic HR support
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone communications
  • Prepare reports, letters, and internal documents as required
  • Support onboarding of new staff and assist with orientation
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office logistics
  • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external contacts
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed


Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask


Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
