Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ardiya for a Retail Executive. The Retail Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day retail operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and implementing effective retail marketing strategies. Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing sales performance and identifying trends and improvements. Expertise in Retail Marketing to develop and implement strategies that boost customer engagement and drive sales. Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and delivering a positive shopping experience. Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changes. Proficiency in using retail management software and basic knowledge of logistics is beneficial. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
