Role: Senior Service Now Architect Rate: £675/day Location: Anywhere in UK (remote) Lead the architecture and implementation of Service Now as a central enterprise funnel, going beyond out-of-the-box templates and playbooks Design and deliver end-to-end solutions across ITSM, HR, HAM, SAM, and Workplace Service Delivery (Desk Booking) Architect and implement complex integrations using Service Now Integration Hub and APIsIntegrate Service Now with enterprise systems including Azure Data Factory (Data Lake), Kantata, Oracle HRIS, Kariba Treasury, One Stream, Rydoo, and Dynamics 365 Business Central Own contract signing and workflow integrations, ensuring secure and scalable design Act as both technical architect and product manager, owning delivery from design through implementation Translate business requirements into practical, scalable Service Now solutions with a strong focus on long-term architecture Drive stakeholder alignment, technical decision-making, and delivery without reliance on external PMsEnsure best practices across performance, governance, security, and data integrity What we’re looking for:Deep, hands-on Service Now expertise with strong integration architecture experience Proven ability to design custom, enterprise-grade solutions beyond standard Service Now configurations Strong ownership mindset with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver independently
