Hanmiglobal is seeking an experienced Services Inspector to support ongoing construction and infrastructure projects across Kuwait. The role focuses on inspecting, monitoring, and reporting on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related services to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and PAHW requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify MEP and building services installations on-site.
- Ensure contractor work complies with project drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards.
- Monitor progress, identify deviations, and report issues to the supervision team.
- Review method statements, materials, and shop drawings for compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Skills
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline).
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in services inspection within construction or infrastructure projects.
- Experience working with PAHW (Public Authority for Housing Welfare) projects is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait construction codes, standards, and inspection procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent reporting, communication, and site coordination skills.
