Position Summary

We are seeking a Neurosurgery Product Specialist to support the promotion, clinical application, and technical sales of advanced neurosurgical equipment and solutions. This role requires a strong clinical understanding and the ability to work closely with neurosurgeons, operating room teams, and hospital management.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and support neurosurgical equipment and solutions
• Conduct product presentations, clinical demos, and in-service training in hospitals
• Assist surgeons during clinical procedures when required (technical/product support)
• Work closely with the sales team to develop opportunities and close projects
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for hospitals and tenders
• Provide post-installation support and user training
• Maintain strong relationships with neurosurgeons, OR staff, and biomedical engineers
• Stay updated on new technologies and competitive products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Sciences, or related field
• Experience in neurosurgery, surgical navigation, operating microscopes, or OR equipment is highly preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in medical device or surgical product support/sales
• Strong clinical and technical understanding
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work inside operating rooms when needed
• Valid Kuwait driving license
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Skills

Knowledge of neurosurgical workflows and operating room environment

Experience supporting surgeons during procedures

Strong ability to explain complex medical technologies in a simple way

High attention to detail and patient-safety awareness

Confidence working with senior consultants and hospital management

Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle pressure in clinical settings

Strong organizational and follow-up skills
