Job Description

A leading cleaning services company with a focus on high-end residential and commercial clients is seeking a motivated and experienced Salesman to join its growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, developing client relationships, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell premium cleaning services to residential and commercial clients
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales
• Follow up with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Take initiative and contribute to sales leadership and strategy

Skills

Requirements

• Previous sales experience in the cleaning industry or a similar service-based industry (preferred)
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong computer and software skills (Microsoft Office, email)
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership qualities
• Professional, results-driven, and well-organized
