IT Technician

We are Looking for a:


  • 1st & 2nd level technical support—on-site and remotely—for end-user devices (PCs, printers, POS, biometric systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  • Install, configure, and deploy computers, operating systems, and standard applications.
  • Follow ITIL-aligned processes.
  • Install and maintain CCTV systems
  • Assist in IT setup for new factory locations (network, internet, cameras, POS, etc.).
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents per agreed SLAs and maintain basic documentation


Skills

  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring quick resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Experienced in network configuration and management, facilitating seamless connectivity across the organization.
  • Knowledgeable in cybersecurity protocols, protecting sensitive data from potential threats.
  • Skilled in system installation and configuration, tailoring setups to meet specific user needs.
  • Familiar with data backup and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Effective communication skills, enabling clear and concise interactions with users and team members.
  • Adept at documenting technical processes, creating guides that enhance user understanding and efficiency.
