We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a distinguished luxury hotel. This role requires a seasoned hospitality professional with a proven track record in five-star and luxury hotel environments, capable of delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence, team engagement, and sustainable financial performance.


A strategic view of your role:
As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for translating brand vision into operational reality, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Providing overall leadership and direction for daily hotel operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Support Departments.
  • Ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences in line with five-star and luxury brand standards.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing Department Heads to build a high-performance, service-driven culture.
  • Driving guest satisfaction, reputation management, and effective service recovery at senior level.
  • Overseeing operational budgets, cost controls, productivity measures, and financial performance.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Revenue, Marketing, and Finance to achieve commercial and strategic objectives.
  • Monitoring operational KPIs, quality audits, and brand compliance reports, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, security, and statutory regulations.
  • Acting as a key representative of the hotel in interactions with owners, stakeholders, and senior partners.
  • Deputizing for the General Manager as required and contributing to long-term strategic planning.

What we are looking for:


  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, or Resident Manager within a five-star or luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire, influence, and hold senior teams accountable.
  • Comprehensive understanding of luxury hotel operations, service culture, and brand-driven performance.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • Exceptional guest-focus with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language will be a distinct advantage.
  • High standards of professionalism, grooming, integrity, and discretion.
  • Ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, high-expectation luxury environment.
  • Hospitality or business management qualifications are highly desirable.
