Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Operator to lead the installation, management, and maintenance of advanced digital and immersive activations across Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with event technologies, virtual reality, and immersive installations, and will play a key role in ensuring flawless project delivery on-site.
Key Responsibilities Lead installation, setup, operation, and maintenance of digital, VR, and immersive activations Manage and supervise technical operators, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluation Provide on-site technical support during events and activations Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently at event locations Ensure all projects are delivered according to scope, timelines, and quality standards Coordinate with project managers, creative teams, and vendors to ensure smooth execution Provide continuous support for live events and multi-location activations across the region Maintain proper documentation and reporting for installations and technical operations
Required Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in technology, virtual reality, immersive installations, or digital activations Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, interactive hardware, VR equipment, and networking basics Experience of managing technical teams or operators Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure during live events Willingness to travel across the region as required Excellent communication and coordination skills Excellent in English and Arabic Languages
