Club Floor Agent – European

We are looking for a Club Floor Agent – European who will provide an elevated, bespoke experience to our Club Floor guests, ensuring exclusivity, comfort, and exceptional attention to detail at every touchpoint.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Welcoming Club Floor guests and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Providing personalized concierge-style services to Club Floor and lounge guests. Managing Club Lounge operations, including breakfast, evening cocktails, and refreshment services. Handling guest requests, preferences, and special arrangements with discretion and professionalism. Coordinating closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Concierge teams to exceed guest expectations. Ensuring Club Lounge standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service excellence are maintained at all times. Proactively resolving guest concerns and delivering effective service recovery. Maintaining accurate guest records, preferences, and service logs. Representing the hotel brand with poise, confidence, and professionalism.

What we need from you:

European nationality is required for this role. Previous experience as a Club Floor Agent, Guest Relations Agent, or Front Office Executive, preferably in a luxury or 5-star hotel environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; additional European languages will be a strong advantage. Strong guest engagement skills with a luxury service mindset. Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
